A Word on Waffles
If you ever find yourself in Gent, Belgium, do not miss out on a trip to Establissement Max. This beautiful brasserie serves up traditional waffles and apple fritters that are hard to beat. My waffle was topped with whipped cream, fruit and Grand Marnier... mmmm.
