Church and State designers Nathaniel Crissman and Rachel Turk have been collaborating together since fall 2004.  The spring 2008 collection, "just for decoration," is a wonderful display of their classic yet flirty aesthetic.  {Church and State is available in Portland at Seaplane and Frances May}
